Hod's Hounds

History

Hod's Hounds is a business I started in August of 2015, in the hopes that I could help those who lead busy lives. People who need a conduit through which to channel their dog's energy. An anchor to which their foundation can be attached. Who want to experience the infinite joy and companionship that can only come from owning a dog. I wanted to take my love of dogs, people, fitness, and the outdoors and combine them into something special.

Specialties

I offer structured, focused walks and training for your big energetic dog. An exercised dog with the proper guidance is happy, healthy, and balanced. Physical exercise coupled with mental stimulation and structure will have positive effects on your dog's quality of life. I specialize in strong-willed, big breeds, and any dog who may need help with manners and communication. My focus is general obedience. It's vital that these types of dogs have a strong role model with the knowledge and perseverance to make long-lasting and positive changes for both you and your pup. A walk is not just exercise; it's an opportunity to teach and to guide your dog in the proper direction for long-term real world success. My calm and deliberate practices help contribute to your dog's sense of leadership, accountability, and eagerness to please.
