Ho Bing Patrick OEI, MD

Dr. Lyde finds it rewarding to present unique solutions to problems that help people feel confident in their ability to manage a chronic disease or acute illness. He is also a certified diabetes educator. Dr. Lyde has developed skills to optimize treatment for people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes with medications, diet and devices. In his free time, Dr. Lyde enjoys time with his wife and two adult children, golf and bird watching.

Being an RN was all Jordan ever wanted to do, but after seeing the role of nurse practitioners, she knew she wanted to care for patients on that level. Being inspired by her patients' resiliency influenced her to concentrate her studies on oncology and hematology. Her favorite part of the job is forming relationships with patients and their families. Jordan was born in Louisiana, but now calls Justin, Texas, her home. She enjoys traveling, reading cooking, and spending time with her husband and their two children.
