Arrived early, checked in, placed in exam room 5 minutes before appointment time. An hour later, still no doctor. Adding insult to it, sending me a thank you for my visit and a survey.

Wait times are horrible. Look to spend a minimum of an hour every appointment. Then they say you can reschedule so you can wait another hour next time.
