In Fredericksburg you are going to pay 60 bucks a nite this place was $40. Not fancy but clean and friendly. Older park with a lot of full timers but that's ok with us. The manager was out...

Cute little park. Very quiet and staff is friendly. The best part is the location. Walking distance to the Briarcliff Mariana and only 2 miles from Pace Bend Park.
