I just called to try and set an appointment for my mom based on a referral that I received from an eye doctor and I found the front desk staff to be condescending, rude and wholly unaccommodating....

Worst place ever - without giving too much information. I can tell you this...they operated on me a year ago and I am still having trouble seeing. These asked me right before - so are we doing PRK...

I DO NOT recommend Hill Country Eye Center. Dr. Restivo never comes to see you as a patient, instead he sends another "doctor" to perform the eye exam, who came across rushed, uninterested and...

Doctors are good but front desk are horrible at customer. Need to be trained further on being a the caring for patience business. Worst attitude on phone as well as in person. Changed doctors...
