Took food to go. The ribs were delicious. Also had the jalapeño sausage. Usually jalapeño sausage has cheese and this one did not and yet it was still super moist. I really liked the barbecues...

My wife picked up some "Q and brouught it home. The brisket was kinda dry and chewy, 2 stars. The sausage was 4 stars, nice taste and the casing had just a little snap. The Pork ribs were 5...

The brisket was moist but lacked flavor. The pork ribs were very flavorful but a little on the tough side for me. I would probably give them another shot.
