Hertz it self is fine. But if you renting a car through Uber at Hertz horrible experience. The staff on the Uber side are rude and act like don't want to be there. You have to make an appointment...

Yikes. Didn't wanna believe the reviews but believe them. 'There's 2 ppl sitting at there desks in there phones and there is a waiting room full of people. Very embarrassing. I would go somewhere...
