The Timber Lane Utility District is a political subdivision of the State of Texas, established in 1969, and is located in north Harris County, approximately 20 miles from downtown Houston. Encompassing around 2,112 acres, the District primarily serves the Spring Independent School District and provides essential water, sanitary sewer, and drainage facilities to various residential subdivisions in the area.

In addition to numerous single-family residential developments, the District includes apartment complexes, senior living facilities, and commercial spaces, such as retail shopping centers and a Walmart Neighborhood Market. The District also possesses significant undeveloped land and areas designated for open space and drainage rights, contributing to its community-focused approach to development.
