Do not bother singing the jingle because Henry won't appear. He is definitely not there like a good neighbor. Zero stars for customer service.

Have never thought this agency had my best interest at heart and I have had both my house and cars insured by this agency for years. There is just not a good feeling or neighborly atmosphere...
