This is why we stoke our wood fires all day long, why we only use USDA prime beef, why we make our sausage by hand, and we cut everything to order. Its never been easy, but thats why we love it. Great experience, smoked and then fried chicken is our favorite! Service was on point as well very friendly. The outside area for kids is a plus as well!
