History

We began as a Family, Couple and Individual educational and Psychotherapy practice with expressive arts like Psychodrama. Overtime we added body oriented psychotherapy: Yoga/ Ayurveda and Massage modalities like Stress Reduction, Trauma Informed Massage and CranioSacral Medical Massage. The component of Somatic and Body integrated therapies has been supported by Neuro-brain research identifying how important body and mind integration is for health and healing. We work with adults (40 - 70 years old) who suffer from Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Trauma histories.
