Head Over Heels Fitness started with just one woman and one Pole Fitness class. Over the year and a half we have been open we have grown in the number of students, instructors, and the number of classes we offer. We are now a full fledged fitness studio for women. We welcome women of any age (over 18), background, size and shape. Both Students and Instructors are super supportive and inspirational. Our studio will continue to grow and offer more classes and times. Some of the classes we offer include Pole Fitness levels 1-5, Burlesque, Kickboxing, Yoga, Zumba, Full Body Fun, Cardio Pole, Hula Hoop, and more. We are trying out new classes all the time. Daytime and Anytime UNLIMITED class memberships available!! Daytime memberships start at only $50!! Come check us out! We have Intro to Pole Classes almost every week!!
