The Chicken Tenders and the Crispy Fish here are amazing and always served hot, crispy, and fresh upon ordering! We love to eat at Hartz Chicken Buffet at least once a week! ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND***

The buffet was stocked but the hold time is what concerned me. The fried fish was not fresh. It had been under the warming light for a while. Maybe cook less in quantity so it's not just sitting...
