This was the best gym I was ever a part of. Still disappointed to this day that they had to shut down. I can not think of a single negative thing to say about this place. Everything from equipment...

Hardbodies gym is the best gym I have been too, they have versatile equipment that you won't find at a commercial gym. Also, the staff is member oriented and they truly care for their members too....

For all of you fitness buffs who also love Rocky, this is definitely the training gym for you. Originally a hospital, the gym has two floors (weights, etc on the 1st and karate/boxing on the 2nd)...
