We are a family owned business. We are from Baton Rouge, Louisiana By way of Four Corners & Baldwin, Louisiana. We specialized in Louisiana Cajun, Creole and Down Home Soul Food.... We also Cater Events as well as take part in Festivals. The Owner was raised and grew up the beginning part of her life on a farm in Four Corners, Louisiana where she spent most of her summers cleaning, Corn, peeling butter beans, peas, snap beans, field peas and much more. She also watch her grandfather and great uncles kill and clean hogs, chickens and etc while her grandmother and great aunts cooked it all as they brought it all in the house. They were operating a food truck at our facility and closed up early. Good service is taking customers up to the time frame. I'll never go back to this truck.
