I have never had to use the services of hospice before, but these guys show wonderful compassion and patience. The facility is nice but not opulent. The nursing staff is polite but not sappy....

They stole personal effects from my deceased family member's body and now those items are missing, they didn't sign the death certificate for so long that we only were able to pick up our family...
