I always check with them if they have tools cheaper than the other big companies. There quality is good, and the price is even better. There staff is very friendly.

Tools are decent and usually have a warranty. Over the years I've had a few tools break or not work properly, they replaced or gave me a refund. Employees are usually polite and helpful.
