I had messed up my hair dying it at home and was seeking help from a professional hair dresser. They turned me away and told me to put more box dye over it.... I feel this was very unprofessional...

It may look small and humble but the lady was very patient with my 2 year old little boy! And he got a lollipop so we're content.
