Was put in a handicap room where the ac was broken and the window shade was electric but also broken so it was stuck open all night. Called the front desk who said they'd call me back and never did

This hotel controls the wifi so that they prohibit you from using legal mainstream websites. Can't book a tour at a winery or distillary. Can't look up the hours of local business that they deem...
