For the past 2 years M&S has processed my elk. There "Old Fashion" smoked sausage is the best. Friendly service, great guys.

Stopped in as I really appreciate a good butcher/meat market and H & S really hit the mark. H & S Meat Market is located on Fraizer in the down town area of Conroe which we haven't ventured much...

H & S handles all of my wild game processing. Fast and courteous service plus the Boudin is the absolute best.

I think this is the best boudin in town. The stuffed pork chops and chicken are delicious too!
