Since 1973 Lammert Publications, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas, has produced directories, magazines and maps for chambers of commerce and trade associations. In addition, the company has owned several newspapers and magazines. Lammert Incorporated created HPN Books in 1992 with the mission of helping to preserve in print some of the nation's invaluable local historical narratives. The venture is also committed to building a mechanism to help generate needed funding for organizations dedicated to historic preservation. In 2010 HPN Books created HPNonDemand, which offers a variety of printing, publishing and marketing services for independent authors and businesses.SpecialtiesBook Publishing Simplified HPNondemand, a print on demand service, utilizes digital printing technology to publish soft-cover books.
