Heb southwest military and Pleasanton road had thee worst pharmacy out of all the H‑E‑Bs worst customer service they take forever while any other H‑E‑B pharmacy is the complete opposite. Why?

The drive -thru takes for ever... I remember I pulled up one time at 7 pm and didn't end up leaving until 7:52 pm... They have 2 lines of course but only one line was moving......it's ridiculous...
