Seriously the slowest HEB I have ever went too' horrible this place is understaffed or not doing a good job training their employees

This is one of the worst customer service pharmacies. Unfortunately I have to use them because it's the closet one to my home . Only one time I had an employee that was nice . Everyone there is rude .

I found the drive thru pharmacy experience to be very easy. There was no trouble with communication thru the speaker, and payment was easy with the key pad. The process was handled efficiently.

Woof. Trying to avoid the awful lines I came at 3pm on a weekday. Nope, still 9 people deep and I haven't moved in over five minutes. They have one person working the line. Transferring my script...
