Pay ahead for RX is a waste of time. You have to wait in line with others. Folks leave Pharmacy line to do their grocery shopping and then come back to thir place in line.

Everything is always the out-of-date the chips are stale terrible service The worst HEB I just can't wait for them to go out of business I wish I could give a zero star rating

Service has improved. Kinda sketchy crowd but its expected in the Little Detroit part of town. They've got onsite security. Good HEB value in an old school dingy 1970s type store.
