I can't recommend Guild Mortgage. The San Antonio office experience was not good. I was offered a mortgage, then not, then maybe, then not. Ultimately denied by a text.

I canceled one insurance policy and switched to State Farm but somehow my cancellation wasn't processed. Guild Mortgage never notified me they just paid out 2 insurance policies on my 1 home....

Not surprised there are other bad reviews. Jack Schull at guild is a tool bag. Don't waste your time if you are looking for a good mortgage broker. Thumbs down. Bad experience. Rude. Unprofessional.
