Horrible customer service. They would just stare but never say a word so I just ended up walking out of the place. Too dirty to just be standing around too.

Lousy counter service. Deceptive return policies. We won't be back to any Guess locations especially here in The Galleria. If you buy an item they don't tell you that the return had to go on...
