The inception of Grill Sergeant was not an overnight occurrence but rather a journey that started in early childhood. The founder spent countless hours mastering the art of outdoor cooking for their family, developing a passion and expertise that would later form the foundation of our brand. This love for grilling was nurtured and refined through 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry, working with steakhouse and barbecue franchises such as Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and owning several restaurants.
