Greystar Communities are awful. Our elevator has been out of service for nearly 4 days, and I live on the 4th floor. This is not what I signed up for. And they will do NOTHING to make it right....

Just don't move to any of their properties. They will take all of your deposit or worse and it does not matter what condition you leave their property in.

I have had an extremely aggravating experience with Greystar at 2 properties over 18 months. Essentially, my advice is STAY AWAY FROM GREYSTAR unless you have a lot of money you don't care about....
