We stayed at this location for a week. I read the other reviews and feel some were misleading. For one yes there are definitely long term residences, however they all drive nice vehicles and 90%...

Horrible rude management...they charge for everything... Electricity which is common...water trash pick up if you want your area mowed and whatever else they can invent to charge you...
