Green Oaks Physical Therapy was started in 2000 with the mission of serving the local community with exceptional physical therapy care. Today we have multiple clinics throughout the DFW metroplex carrying on our initial purpose, serving the local Burleson community with exceptional physical therapy care. We provide a patient-centered, hands-on approach to physical therapy, sports medicine, and industrial rehabilitation care in Burleson. Our clinicians are all highly skilled and compassionate caregivers who take great pride in helping our clients return back to their way of life, sport, and/or work.
