Wow, I'm surprised to see all these bad reviews. I used Great Western for my first Texas home loan back in 1996, and I've used them several times since for additional purchases, refinances, etc.....

Complete waste of time. Go to your local bank and work with their loan officer. I can't believe Zillow is allowing them to be apart of their network of lenders.

I cannot recommend against using them enough. First, they blew our initial closing date by not asking for all of the pertinent documents up-front and instead repeatedly asking for more and more...
