Great Northwest HOA Lodge / Office

The Great Northwest Community Improvement Association, established in 1976, is one of Texas's largest homeowners associations, encompassing approximately 5,000 homes and nearly 15,000 residents on the northwest side of San Antonio. It features a variety of amenities, including two large pools, recreational fields, lighted courts, playgrounds, and two private clubhouses, all aimed at fostering community spirit and engagement.

This self-managed community is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors, elected annually by the residents. The association offers numerous recreational activities for both residents and non-residents, including youth soccer, swim teams, and community events that encourage connection among neighbors.
