The mgr/ owner called very nice. Told me she would cut my hair the next time and would send me a free coupon for my next cut, that was two months ago. Still not impressed.

checked in at 11am with a 20 min wait, 2 people walk in after me and get taken care of first,1 hour later im out the door without my haircut, headed to another place.
