I was in the process of making an order online for a cookie cake at $52.99 and tried to submit for payment. The odd thing was that a tip was required. It would not accept a zero dollar amount....

Olivia should be fired! She is rude, disrespectful and racist! When we approached the counter to order she greeted us with "what do you need" we placed our order instead of her handing us our food...
