We are a leadership program that puts the focus on careers and real-life soft skills. We keep each 8th grad-Junior College participant's career path / goals in mind while developing leadership qualities and skills. Engagement with business, civic and community leaders is provided, and class facilitator selection, mentors, retreats, internships and community service projects foster these relationships. Adults 55+ and veterans are also invited to take leadership sessions with us.
