The Grace Care Centers were founded in 2004 on the principles and life of Grace Eileen Hallsted-Hoffmann, a wonderful mother, wife, friend and caregiver - in the way she lived her daily life. Her youngest son founder of the Grace Care Centers, dedicated the name of the respected rehabilitation communities to his mother because she was his mentor, best friend, and inspiration. Grace always cared for others first, spreading her kindness to the lives she touched. Her soul was gentle and her spirit was strong. She never complained about what life had dealt her; instead, she was always grateful for what life had to offer. Grace also had a gift for always putting everyone at ease; she would walk into a room and faces would light up because of her gracious nature and contagious smile.
