History

It all started back in 2014 with a idea to sell cakes and pastries as a cottage business. We slowly drifted away from the cottage business into a food trailer, we started to sell breakfast tacos in the morning to industrial workers. It was a challenge because our food trailer was small and didn't have very much room. In 2015 we invested in a Barbecue smoker and did some barbecue cook-offs to build our skill. We did that for 2 year's till we got interested in going to bigger cook-offs like the international Cuban Sandwich Festival in Tampa Bay Florida. In 2018 we came back to sell in Corpus Christi Tx. Barbecue fusion is our creation from all this experiences. We got a lot of small events for awhile till we got notice for bigger gigs. In 2020 a tragic pandemic happened that caused us to sell our little food trailer and be without it for the rest of the year. We did pop up food service till April 2021 then we invested in a larger better food trailer. The rest will be a new history.

This food trailer is towing the biggest eats to the streets, slow smoking BBQ meats in a myriad of mouthwatering forms for your enjoyment. At Gordo's Good Eats, they're making each and every meal to order, utilizing only the most premium cuts of meats to do so. Get it stuffed in the cheesiest of quesadillas, or have 'em pack it into sliders with a sweet Hawaiian roll. Find Gordo's Good Eats in Corpus Christi, or have 'em out to cater your next event. Trust us. They won't disappoint. MUST TRY Cuban Sandwich -- Pork butt smoked for 12 hours to tender, juicy perfection pulled part and served alongside ham, Swiss, cheese, pickles, and mustard and served pressed between two bakery fresh slices of Cuban bread.
