Goodwill Industries International is a nonprofit organization that operates a network of over 150 local Goodwill organizations across the United States, dedicated to providing individuals with training and career resources to help them secure employment and improve their lives. Through generous donations and various partnerships, Goodwill supports numerous programs that allow adult learners to earn high school diplomas, learn new skills, and access vital job placement services.

By shopping at Goodwill or donating goods, community members contribute to life-changing opportunities for job seekers while also promoting sustainable practices through the reuse of donated items. Additionally, partnerships with organizations like Google and Coursera enhance job-relevant learning, enabling individuals to develop critical digital skills for high-demand fields.
