Under new ownership as of June 2016. Our goal is to help customers enjoy a nice pre or post workout smoothie to help them recover faster from those hard workouts!

Awesome smoothies, very fulfilling. Lots of flavors. You can get a smoothie and then go walk thru Vista Ridge Mall, great option for a lunch break.

I highly recommend good blend smoothies, Ann is great, the smoothies are good and at a reasonably price. Who knew a sweet potato pie smoothie would be legit!
