Gonzales Community Health Center

The Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, formerly known as the Gonzales Community Health Center, offers a range of family planning, laboratory and social services. It has been providing health care solutions for the residents of Gonzales County in Texas since 1966. The center employs more than 70 staff members. Its facility spreads across an area of over 14,000 square feet. The Community Health Centers of South Central Texas maintains various service sites and offers transportation assistance. In addition, the center provides referrals for substance abuse and mental health counseling. It operates a dental center and offers a variety of educational resources. The Community Health Centers of South Central Texas is accredited by The Joint Commission.
