We're from out of town, but we're familiar with gong cha. This location is really nice. It's nice and cool. The service was great and the drinks were really good. It's a nice gong cha spot for sure.

Extremely rude, hostile, and offensive staff. Ordered an "XL" drink which has an up charge of a dollar. I asked for light ice. When I received the XL drink it was at least half ice if not more....
