Just updating my first review. Pool still not opened and now it's just a dirty eyesore. The price of the lot rent and you can't at least keep the pool clean. Just brings the neighborhood down.

While the park says there is guest parking, it is clearly the same cars parked there that are clearly residents not visitors. Guests parked on the streets are towed after ten which doesn't leave...
