Restaurant was clean, staff were friendly and quick. Ordered a family pack, chicken was hot and flavorful, fries were very good, the coleslaw was fresh. Everyone enjoyed it.

Didn't wait long but faster doesn't mean always better. Fries were cold, mash potatoes have no flavor. Chicken wasn't fully cooked, found a fly in my drink and there are flies all over the place....

When I went inside the store with my family the employees gave us a ugly look to one of my daughter and gave a sassy attitude

This is the only Golden in this city so obviously I come often, but the customer service is horrible. The workers are very rude and can never get the order right.

There is a long wait to receive your food. Employees are unable to take order properly.
