Was only polite the first couple of times but then became rude when the 15 dress for my daughter came in and it was the incorrect color. We didn't keep the dress but still paid full price.

Once you walk in it smells like cigarette! As if they have smoked in there for years! Horrible!

Horrible customer service, can't believe they only want you to pay cash and hardly understood the dress type, material and style.
