Dr. Butler is marvelous, but this office staff is rude and busy talking to each other. Go to the N. Central Expressway office (Dallas) & see Butler there. That staff is welcoming and attentive. mb

As a new patient I was expecting more professional and cortious receptionist but unfortunately, she was rude.
