Giovanna Starks, MD

In private practice for more than 28 years, Dr. Soliz is now a member of St. Luke's Medical Group Springwoods Village. A graduate of Rice University, Dr. Soliz triple majored in Biology, Behavorial Science, and Sociology. He attended The University of Texas Medical School at Houston, where he received a medical degree and completed his residency in Family Medicine. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Soliz's practice focus is preventative medicine with an emphasis on nutrition.
