HistoryI began my training in 1987 and started my private practice in 1992. Initially I practiced for 5 years in a house in Rice Village and then in 1997, I moved my practice to a house in Neartown on Lexington where I still practice today. After having worked in a couple of different hospitals and as an associate for a psychiatrist in an office building, I appreciate the homey setting that my current space can provide for my clients.SpecialtiesI work really well with individuals and couples with all types of relationship issues, intimacy issues, family issues, communication issues, etc. I love working with all kinds of couples who want to strengthen their relationship and improve their overall level of satisfaction. I also work with couple in crisis who are dealing with the aftermath of an affair or just struggling to decide if their marriage is sustainable in a healthy and mutually desirable way. I love helping individuals heal old wounds, identify and repair self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors and discover how to live their best life.
