Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a necklace and changed my mind shortly after, but this company flat-out refused to cancel the order or issue a refund--even though it hadn't shipped...

Took over 2 weeks to receive an online order. I drove to the store purchased the item but paid double the price. They give no refunds just exchanges. I can find better customer service.
