Gerry and Greta's Art Camp Adventures

History

Greta and Gerry worked together running the JCC art camp. After 4 years we decided to strike out on our own and formed Gerry and Greta's Art Camp Adventures. Our first summer, we held camp in a room at a book store and held half day classes. The following year a larger space opened up nearby. We spent 3 happy years there while the camp grew and we expanded to a full day art camp. When The Zone Sports Complex opened over 3 years ago, we made our last move. The Zone offered AM/PM care, afternoon break use of the bounce house and a larger space. It's hard for us to believe, but we are entering our 8th summer in business. We have gotten to know so many wonderful families, the campers created incredible art projects and we all had so much fun.

Specialties

Extended AM/PM hours are available through the Zone, where our camp is located. There is an additional charge for this. Gerry and Greta's Art Camp Adventures is run by 2 experienced art teachers who guarantee your camper has FUN this summer. This SW Houston summer art camp introduces a variety of art materials & styles geared to our creative weekly themes. The quality of the art camp projects brought home will amaze you. The art camp is very small with all campers receiving lots of individual attention. Our art camp includes a daily afternoon break where campers burn up some energy in The Zone's huge bounce house room.
