After being in the residential construction field, for so many years, I wanted to find something where my expertise could provide me an income while achieving a sense of helping people and giving something back to the community . Inspections is that field. I feel so happy that I've been able to help my clients make informed decisions concerning their home purchases. I have two unique things that sets me apart from most other inspectors. The first is 30 years experience in the residential construction field. Yes, that's right I've spent 30 years learning the ins and outs of home construction before becoming an inspector. How many inspectors can make that claim? How many can back it up? Second I have over 450 hours of classroom training. Did you know that there are lots of older inspectors that NEVER experienced any kind of formal training until required continuing education came about? That's right again, years ago inspectors were not required to undergo ANY formal training. All they had to do was start a business and call themselves inspectors. After that, for several years, only 60 hours of training. Now over 450. I have both the experience AND the training to help you make an informed decision concerning your purchase.
